Shared Hosting Services
We have a number of shared hosting service packages from do it all yourself to we take care of all the technical mumbo jumbo.Basic Hosting Services
uPilot.com (powered by OnYourMark, LLC) is our solution for basic hosting. Our basic package includes server space, and a cPanel where you can administer your website. You are able to update all your files, add on components to your website. You can be setup to do your own email (or we can take care of that for you). While this package gives you the flexibility to administer your own site, we are only a phone call away. If you need help with special projects or because you just don't have time to do it yourself, just give us a call and we can give you an estimate on what it would take for us to complete the work for you.
Premium Hosting Services
Our most popular package is our Premium Hosting Package. Our Premium hosting services includes hosting for one website and domain name and 15 incoming email boxes. We have a suite of a-la-carte items that can be added to this such as additional email addresses, additional domain names, Anti-Spam and Virus control products, SMTP (outgoing mail), SFTP (uploading files to the server), and other items.
Your site, typically updated by us can also be setup to be updated, either in whole or in part using some of our Power Tools, by you or one of your staff.
Our premium web hosting service also includes an hour each month of our time, devoted to whatever we believe to be in the best interest of the great majority of our clients. This time is usually devoted to Internet Marketing (such as adding inbound links), but can be used to upgrade technology, such as spam control on behalf of all clients. Our monthly hosting also includes a subscription to PromoSupport News, our email newsletter. PromoSupport gives you a peek "behind the scenes" to learn about the ways we're keeping your website current a tips and tricks to helping your business grow. PromoSupport also includes Internet marketing tips and our popular Ask the Pro section.
